A major trade association made a difficult decision in early September 2001 to cancel its annual trade show due to travel complications resulting from the 9/11 attacks. Our client then had to brainstorm ways to recover its losses from this major revenue-producing event. With CyberExpo, the client was able to hold a virtual trade show.
